Angélica Vale, A.K.A. Letty, La Fea Más Bella, has told Univisión about her plans and her next steps, in a very nice interview. About invitations to work on Mexican television again:
"The truth is we have been thinking about it very carefully, because I can't dismiss Latinvox, which is my right arm, my house of "management". It really pleases me that the decision was delayed and that we're taking cautious steps because after something so strong and beautiful as Letty, I wouldn't like to return to television with something that's not what I want to do or that people won't like", she said.
Angélica has also received proposals to work in Hollywood, but before deciding what to do, she needs to know what is Televisa planning for her:
"Everything depends on what Televisa wants, although there are auditions. There's a movie in Mexico and 2 in the U.S.. One is with Pepe Bojorquez, director of Sea of Dreams, in which my mother worked (Angélica María). He called me for his next movie and obviously I'll be there with him, happy, but in the movies you never know when you're going to take off", she explained.
Angélica says that her dream is to be a writer, and she would like to live in New York, someday. On February or March, 2008, she will debut in American theaters with her popular show, where she impersonates celebrities and sings.
