Brazilian Classic Sweet - Brigadeiro

This delicious treat is a classic in birthday parties (in fact, in any kind of party) in Brazil; the favorite every guest expects to find in the desserts table. It's the Nº1 in the "docinhos" (literally, "little sweets") category.
You can't imagine how good these are till you've savored one. Try them, I'm sure you'll love it. And if you have kids, they will flip out! Here's the recipe.:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tb spoon margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 Tb spoons powdered chocolate (or more, to taste)
- granulated chocolate
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a pan, until the mix is homogeneous. Heat the pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes. At that point, you should be able to see the bottom of the pan, as the mix turned into a thick, sticky cream.
Let it cool down. When cold, grease your hands with a little margarine and make small balls, about two bites sized. Cover the balls with granulated chocolate and voilá!
