Latin Culture

OK, I know that Mexico is 90% Roman Catholic, so it's natural to know little about the other 10%, but I did get a tickle out of a lady sharing this discover with me the other day. She was talking about Mexico and then looked at me all excited and said in shock, "Did you know there are Jews in Mexico?"
*chuckle*
Why yes, there are.
In fact, we have Muslims, Orthodox, Protestants, Mormons, Jehova Witnesses, Buddhist, Hindus, and even Krishnas.
And that's not all. We have Spiritualists, Anglicans, Methodists, Mennonites, Christian Science followers, and Shamans. Oh yeah, and agnostics and atheists (of both the communist and non-communist variety).
What Mexico doesn't have is an official religion... thank God.

Religion can definately define a lifestyle but does it actually define culture? Or in that matter, does culture define a religion?
It's great that one culture can have multiple religions and vs versa... excellent blog.
