I was talking to some friends last night that are true die -hard soccer fans. They sustain the kind of excitement I reserve for the World Cup throughout the entire year.

In Mexico you'll see kids and adults alike playing on fields, on streets, in yards-anywhere there's room and a a soccer ball (or some kind of ball).

While not everyone is this dedicated, in Latin America soccer is for sure the best loved sport. It really is like a religion, so expect passionate displays of loyalty.
