Latin American Literature and Culture Reviews

This is one of the best Latin blogs I've found lately.

SPLALit is a place where you can find Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Literature and Culture Reviews; plus news about Spanish and Portuguese writing authors, Ibero-American cinema and arts.

Under "Labels" we have an extense list of authors, directors, actors, musicians, etc. The list includes big names like Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu, Alfonso Cuarón, Almudena Grandes, Arturo Pérez-Reverte, Chico Buarque, Fernando Pessoa, Gabriel García Márquez, Mario Vargas Llosa and many others.

They also have a really good list of books, under "Favorites". If you want to know more about Latin American literature, SPLALit would be a good place to start.
