Latin Cooking Style - Delicioso

I found this website today, and I thought it's nice, although pretty commercial driven. The hole thing is a little pretentious, but interesting never the less.

Delicioso is the website of the homonymous TV show, presented by Ingrid Hoffmann:

"Delicioso is a unique lifestyle and cooking show that draws on, and celebrates the influences that go into the creation and enjoyment of a meal in the true Latin tradition."

I've browsed the recipes and they are not exactly "true Latin traditional"; it's more a modern, gourmet, US version of them.

What I really liked was the "Ideas for entertaining" section. Great, fun ideas, like the Paint Party.

The concept is really nice: a party for the friends that come to help you when you're moving in.

Now, the recipes are a little too fancy for me (if you're moving in, your house is either empty or a real mess), but I loved the idea. I'm sure giving it a try next time I'm moving!

Another good one is "Cafe Nostalgia", a Sunday family lunch. Again, fancy recipes; although I must say they doesn't seem too complicated.

So, nice site with interesting ideas and fancy recipes. A good source of inspiration.
