Latin Food Blog - Nika's Culinaria

This is completely different from the Delicioso website. This is a food blog - a good one - written by Nika, a Colombian-American chica. Nika's Culinaria is a vast and varied blog. In her own words:

"I post a variety of content here, from recipes and How-2 Guides (pictorial walkthroughs on how to prepare a certain food), to food photography images, to articles I write for other blogs such as The Well Fed Network."

She has categories in virtually everything edible! From alcohol to vegetables, it's all there. But what interested me the most was the Colombian Food section. Truly Colombian recipes, with photos and walk-through tutorials.

For example, you can learn how to make Colombian Empanadas, or try a Colombian breakfast (photo above).

Everything looks yummy, the recipes are well explained, the photos are big and colorful. Nika's Culinaria is definitively a must for those interested in Colombian food... or just in food.
