Miss Venezuela is Newly-Crowned Miss Universe 2008
Latinas topped the just concluded Miss Universe 2008 Pageant in Vietnam. The most beautiful of them all is Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza – the new miss universe.
Her 1st runner up is Miss Colombia Taliana Vargas.
