What can I say about December?

Yes, it was a bad month, blah-blah-blah. Enough winning!

Today the year ends, and I want to step into the New Year with the right foot.

So, let me see what happened in December that I'm grateful for...

- I've received my first payment from Creative Weblogging! Oh-la-la, my first money from writing! I'm definitely happy, and proud of that!

- Some of the big problems I've had, are now solved. The others are still unsolved, but at least a few are gone.

- I'm really, really, reeeeeally tired, but I'm healthy.

- My family is alright. We're all still here.

- We've spent the Christmas Eve together, after all.

- My dear husband has been so supportive and understanding, you wouldn't believe it.

- I've had a sign, in one of my darkest moments, that gave me hope.

- The performance of Latina Viva is improving (Thanks to you!).

- I've met some really nice people; hopefully, they will turn into good friends.

- I have hope for a better New Year.

That's about it. Maybe it's a lot, maybe it is not. What matters is I have important things to be thankful for, and that's enough for me.

Tonight, a New Year begins, full of new possibilities, dreams, hopes and plans. May it be a good year for all of us, and may we all be blessed. This night, we celebrate; tomorrow, we'll rest, take a break, catch our breath.

After that, the story will go on. And that's the beauty of it.
