Monthly Balance - February 2007

Well, this month certainly turned out well.

As you know, I moved out from the apartment (where I lived for more then 10 years) into an old house. It took a HUGE amount of work, we had some obstacles to overcome... but I'm happy.

It's always nice to start a new page in your life. New beginnings come with a little fear, but also with a good deal of excitement, fresh air and new experiences.

I'm also feeling a little sadness, because there's no beginning without a previous ending... and it was sad to say goodbye to the apartment. There is a lot of memories between those yellow walls...

It was our first home, when we got married. There we shared love, learnings, and losses. We've split up, and we've got back together. We grew up, learned how to live together, found maturity. The apartment with the yellow walls will live forever in my memory, and my heart.

Well, now it's time to look into the future. The house still needs a lot of work, and it will take a while before I finally put it together. But I look forward to it, so, it's all good!

I'm also happy with my new assignment, here at Creative Weblogging Network: the Coolpicking blog. It has been a load of fun to write it!
