Most Recent Death of an Uruguayan Model: Anorexia or Not?

Even though it's been said the death of Uruguayan model Eliana Ramos (sister of Luisel Ramos, the one who died on a catwalk in Montevideo last summer) wasn't caused by eating disorders, one of her friends is affirming Eliana's modeling agency told her she was fat and should go back to Uruguay and start a diet.
Eliana Ramos died a few days ago from cardiac arrest, like her sister.
Even though it's been said it wasn't related to anorexia, a friend's affirmations are reopening the polemic.
Francesco Julia assures Eliana told him (through MSN chat): "They tell me I'm fat, and I should go back to Uruguay and begin a diet."
According to him, she was forced to follow an strict diet of 600 calories/day, and said: "I'm starving. My mood is so bad and don't even feel like going out."
In the other hand, Eliana's agent Pancho Dotto and fashion producer LucĂa IriburĂș say the girl ate normally and had a healthy lifestyle. The autopsy results says she died from cardiac arrest.
What is not clear is if the heart failure was caused by alimentary disorders. Yes, could be a genetic problem. No, we can't know for sure if Francesco is telling the truth.
But what seems ridiculous to me is to take Dotto's declarations as an indisputable truth. C'mon, if the agency told her to go on such a strict diet, he wouldn't come clean now and say "Sorry! My bad, we starved her to death." It's obvious he's going to say she was healthy and eating normally.
Besides, have you seen Argentinian models? They are the prototype of starving, skinny, anorexic "beauty". Including Dotto Agency's models.
Now, look at the photo and tell me: can you see her bones trough her skin? Does that seems healthy to you?

Anorexia is more prone to female. They should avoid dieting for the calories.

Wait, I look like that with out a shirt. And, I am the opposite of anorexic… Does that mean I’m unhealthy looking? That’s not fair.

She looks perfectly healthy in the photo displayed. I’ve known a good deal of overweight people with protruding rib bones, so this is by no means criteria for anorexia. Please stop spreading faulty information through the media, it’s posts like this that explain why I get accusations of being anorexic myself all the time.
