Parkour has arrived in Mexico with more traceurs and traceuses cropping up every day.
Parkour is a very athletic performance art that takes place in an urban landscape with participants running up walls, flying between railings, and launching off buildings.
Traceurs and traceuses aim at navigating through the city, overcoming obstacles with graceful and fluid movements, using only their bodies. It's a practice that centers on physical and mental freedom.
And it's catching on in Spain, Brazil, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and many other parts of the world.
Are you a traceuse?
