Jennifer Lopez and Penelope Cruz are among the best-dressed women in Hollywood, according to People en Español. Jennifer Lopez is the winner, while former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres (who was married to Jennifer's husband, Marc Anthony), takes top honors in a readers poll. Other best dressed women include Ugly Betty star America Ferrera, Cameron Diaz, Penelope Cruz, and Nacho Libre leading-lady Ana de la Reguera.

Regarding fashionable men, the magazine picks Ricky Martin for his modern but elegant style, while actor Gael Garcia Bernal gets high marks for his bohemian fashions. Other best-dressed men include Brad Pit, David Beckman and Mexican actor Jaime Camil, (star of Univision's version of Ugly Betty).

The issue also features celebrities whose bad sense of fashion made headlines in the past year, including Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and David Arquette.

I wouldn't have chosen Jennifer Lopez for best dressed. And I don't quite understand the criteria; almost all the best dressed women are Latinas, but the other lists are much more diverse. How do they choose who is best and worst dressed? I'm sorry, but with all the people that there is in Hollywood, I don't think that 8 out of the 10 best dressed women are Latinas. We still are a minority.

If this was the best dressed Latinas, it would make perfect sense. But it's not, so I don't get it. Anyone?
