Shakira and Antonio de la Rúa are far, far away from getting married. On November 11, during the premiere of "Love in the Time of Cholera", in Las Vegas, she talked about love and marriage:

"We'll get married eventually, or we won't, but we're together and that's what matters. We love each other and we want to stay like that. Why fix something that's not broken?"

"Love is my primary nourishment. I think that nothing else in life, not even your career or music - well, what I'm saying is a bold statement - I think that nothing can substitute love as the propelling force of everyone's lives."

She also said love "is number one on my list of priorities, of course."

Of course. But what about Antonio, her fiancee? Is love his top priority as well? Maybe not, according to new rumors about a possible infidelity.

The rumors say Spanish magazine Hola! have bought some photos where Antonio is seen holding hands and kissing a brunette, in New York. Several Web sites indicated that the couple seemed to be enjoying a very good date.

According to Argentinian newspaper El Dia, Antonio da la Rúa's lawyers are already in motion to buy the photos, in order to avoid the scandal. Nobody knows if any of these rumors are true.

This is not the first time that Shakira must endure rumors of her fiancee's infidelity. On 2005, Shakis said in an interview that every woman should be inflexible when it comes to infidelity. In fact, she said she couldn't stand an infidelity from the men she loves, and affirmed that if Antonio cheated on her, she would leave him immediately.

Then again, why would Antonio cheat on Shakira?
