Shakira, Maná, Joan Sebastián and RBD, are some of the artists at the top of the 2007 Billboard Latin Music Awards finalist's list. The ceremony will take place next Thursday (April 26th), and it will be broadcasted by E! Entertainment Television for all Latin America.

The transmission will begin at the red carpet, where we'll have access to the first comments, expectations and impressions of the nominees. After the red carpet pre-show, we'll enjoy the live transmission of this great event. The Billboard Latin Music Awards recognize the most popular singers, songs and albums, according to actual sales and charts information from Billboard's weekly lists.

Among the 2007 Billboard Latin Music Awards nominees are Mexican rock band Maná; Colombian star Shakira, famous Mexican singer and songwriter Joan Sebastian; the pop sensation RBD; the popular bachata band aventura; reggaeton duo Wisin, in addition to Puerto Rican Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, and the Haitian-American musician Wyclef Jean.

This year's edition will be broadcasted live on Telemundo for the US, starting at 8pm EST on Thursday, from the Bank United Center in Coral Gables. Carlos Ponce and actress Marlene Favela will host the event. Shakira hasn't confirmed yet her presence at the ceremony.
