The Twelve Days of Christmas - My Version
Filed in archive Latin Holidays by Eliane on December 13, 2006

Here begins my personal version of "The Twelve Days of Christmas".
For the next 12 days, I'll be posting here 12 little pieces I've written about Christmas.
We use this in my family; on Christmas Eve; we gather around the tree, and each piece is read by one person, to remember us of the true meaning of this celebration.
I hope you enjoy it.
First Piece
Today is Christmas Eve. But what is Christmas?
It is renovation of Life. It's the night when we reaffirm our belief in the inexhaustible force that was given to us by the Creator: the force of Life. Today we feel the most simple joy of all, the joy of living.
Let's celebrate Life?
