Two posts at Hispanic Trending well worth reading:
1 - Miami Today is U.S. of Tomorrow, about the race and diversity future scenario in the US.
2 - Self Identity: Hispanic/Latino Widely Accepted, but Multiethnic is Used, about the labels Latinos use to identify themselves. One quote got my attention more than all the rest:
"Maggie Amado-Tellez, who was born in Tucson, said she thinks of herself as a Latina, although she has identified herself as Mexican American."
"In the end, I'm an American," she said. "When I'm talking about being Latina, I'm not talking about my nationality. I'm talking about my culture."
That's what I've been saying all along!

Hmm, your comment is kind of spammy, don't you think?

Nope. Hispanic trending has made a few posts about the rise of the Hispanic market. The business world and market research are all tied together.
Hispanic online marketing has increased by 400% in one year. If you feel the rise of Hispanic business is spammy then delete the post.

Hi! Forgive me, I didn't mean to offend you. I failed to see the connection between my post and your comment, since the articles I mentioned were about cultural identity, not about business. I guess the link you left (to an affiliate site) misled me. I apologize. The thing is, we have to fight spam everyday, and unfortunately, sometimes legitimate comments suffer because of that.
Regarding the Hispanic market, I agree with you. I've read the articles from Hispanic Trending, and a few others; I believe next year we'll see more and more business focusing on Hispanic marketing.
Finally, thanks for your comments, and for taking the time to clarify what you ment. Come back whenever you feel like it, you'll always be welcomed. Meanwhile, could you tell me sometime, what you think of my blog? I'm always wondering if I'm going on the right direction here. Any criticism will be great. Thanks!

No problem. Sorry if my reply came across that I was offended. I completely understand the fight against spam. I have a blog too. Also one of my e-mail accounts gets 20 e-mail everyday at 7:15 am from the same spammer. Great site.
