Laura Tamayo (80 articles)
Beach loving, coffee drinking bohemian bookworm... and writer. I'm 34 and married to a man whose middle name is fun, so life is never dull. Since the age of 5 I've gone back and forth between Mexico and the United States. I have happily lived, studied, worked, and played in both countries. My circle of friends looks like a UN convention, yoga is what keeps me sane, and coffee with my girlfriends is a commitment in permanent ink on my weekly calendar.

Eliane Farias (446 articles)
Hola! Bienvenida a Latina Viva! Mi nombre es Eliane, mucho gusto en conocerte! What can I say about me? Well, let's see: I'm a 29 years old latina, half Uruguayan, half Brazilian. I'm (very happily) married, and I don't have kids (yet?). My biggest passions are: writing, blogging, dancing, movies, good music, my family, books, and my husband, of course. I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English; I've been writing since I was 3 years old (yes, really), and I've become a blogger a few months ago, early this year. I love meeting people, making new friends, sharing ideas and listening to different points of view. That's why I'm here: to chat with you about our latin background, to share our traditions, to learn about your heritage and history. But most of all, I'm here to talk about everything that matters to us: the passions and interests of the Latin women. I hope you enjoy this blog; it's written with my heart and soul, for you. If you have a suggestion or question, please leave a comment or send me an email: enlace@gmail.com. I would love to hear from you.
